General Operation Description
The system includes an automatic pallet transport line using self-propelled mobile carts, specifically
designed for:

  • Standard Euro Pallets: 800 x 1200 mm
  • Non-Standard Pallets: These are manually swapped to standard euro pallets at a designated station for re-entry into the line for continued processing.
    Each pallet is marked with six characters that indicate specific entry and exit points within the warehouse, managed through barcode scanning to direct the pallet either to storage or to other processing areas such as the Kardex system or inspection stations.

Pallet Specifications:

  • Standard Pallet Size: 800 x 1200 mm
  • Maximum Load Height: 1200 mm
  • Maximum Weight per Pallet: 1200 kg

Performance Rates (Warehouse Only):

  • Capable of handling up to 146 pallets per hour
