KRUDO Industrial proudly announces the acquisition of a complete forging facility which is being liquidated due to insolvency proceedings.
This opportunity is located in the heart of the German forging industry and represents a unique offering, namely a complete and fully functional forging facility including land and buildings for immediate take-over in Germany.
The facility which has been closed down in February 2025 mostly served German and European car and light commercial vehicle manufacturers with forged parts of highest quality and also supplied directly to component OEMs in the EU.
